Why We Built This Site
Nebraska makes many court records available to the public, but a request still has to reach the office that holds it. Adams County Court and Adams District Court maintain different case records. The County Court Clerk Magistrate and Clerk of District Court also have distinct roles. JUSTICE brings eligible trial-court case information together, while a clerk handles a specific copy, certification, or access question. This resource organizes those official routes for Adams County.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket routes: official paths for criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Settings: the local and statewide routes for an Adams County court schedule
- Case lookup: how to use docket search by party name or case number
- Documents: clerk-based options for court case records and certified copies
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource, not a Nebraska court or clerk office. It cannot retrieve an official docket, alter a setting, seal or change a case, issue a certified copy, or offer legal advice. Court staff can explain their records process, but legal questions should go to a qualified attorney.
Only the court that maintains the case record or its clerk can issue an official or certified court document. Confirm important information with that office.
Search Partners
Some docket pages include third-party search tools. Those providers operate their own services and set their own terms and prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this private resource. Those tools do not replace the official Adams County or Nebraska court record.
